TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By becoming an affiliated club you confirm that you have read and agreed to abide by the following terms and conditions:
Your full membership numbers (including officers, non-racers and social members) must be declared to remain a Club affiliated to Snowsport England.
A list of names with contact details MUST be submitted online. The contact details are a requirement from the insurance company as they need details of all the members they are covering.
It is also very important that you notify us of any incident that may give rise to an insurance claim. You must also have it recorded in your accident book!
You are advised that you should ask to see the insurance certificate for any slope/venue that you use to check that it is suitably insured.
The club will also need to complete the necessary forms to get the Employers liability cover
SNOWSPORT ENGLAND LOGOS & BRANDING
You will only use the official SSE logo and will stick to the guidelines for use supplied by SSE. If there is any doubt about logo usage SSE should be consulted.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS:
A refund will be made if the affiliation is cancelled within 7 days of the club affiliated. There will be no refund given beyond this date.
